FINAL CALL FOR MISSING TICKETS

A reminder that if you have not received your ball ticket due to the recent postal strikes, you must inform us by Friday evening if you want to attend the ball.

Please send an email to info@grandcosplayball.com with your name and date of purchase.

If you do not inform us by Friday evening, I'm afraid there is nothing we can do. We need time to check your order details, cancel your ticket number(s) and add your name to the guestlist.

This is not something we can sort out the weekend of the ball, and we will not be issuing ticket refunds after the event. So please let us know ASAP if there is any problem!
